Could anarchy be an answer to patriarchy\u00a0? During his lifetime, and under his name, Fernando Pessoa published a short story whose title was provocative\u00a0: The Anarchist Banker<\/em>[1]<\/a>. He describes a conversation concluding a meal between guests, one of whom is a banker. This last one affirms to be an anarchist, not only in theory, but in practice as well\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0My whole life proves it\u00a0\u00bb[2]<\/a>, he goes further.<\/p>\n

This banker\u2019s fight is about freedom, for the benefit of the society of course \u2013\u00a0however, he claims to be powerless on that matter, only a worldwide social revolution could free society[3]<\/a>\u00a0\u2013, but especially for the individual\u2019s benefit. And what is the enemy of freedom\u00a0? \u00ab\u00a0The true evil, indeed, the only evil, are the social conventions and fictions which become superimposed on natural realities, everything from family to money, from religion to the state. [\u2026] Now, why are these social fictions a bad thing\u00a0? Precisely because they are fictions, because they are not natural<\/em>[4]<\/a>. Money is as great an evil as the state, and the institution of the family as wrong as religion.\u00a0\u00bb[5]<\/a><\/p>\n

But what\u2019s this \u00ab\u00a0natural\u00a0\u00bb which appears on almost every page of the poet\u2019s short story\u00a0? Could that be the support used by our anarchist as a <\/em>place of a guarantee<\/em> \u2013\u00a0the nature as the Other of the Other\u00a0\u2013 which confers to anarchism its autority<\/em>\u2026 and, therefore, its imposture<\/em>, to paraphrase Domenico Cosenza in his Orientation Text[6]<\/a>. It seems to me that this is not the case. The text\u2019s development starts with this ascertainment\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0I felt rebellious. I wanted to understand my rebellion.\u00a0\u00bb[7]<\/a> Behind this argument, we finally find an hesitation, a division\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Except\u2026 except in certain cases [\u2026], a certain type of person might be born to be a slave \u2013\u00a0worries the banker\u00a0\u2013 naturally born to be a slave [\u2026], then freedom, being contrary to his nature, would, for him, be a form of tyranny\u00a0\u00bb[8]<\/a>. Laughter from the interlocutor. And freedom to be turned inside out into tyranny.<\/p>\n

For this new edition of Nobodaddy<\/em>, we find with great pleasure the next part of Clotilde Leguil\u2019s text, which is called \u00ab\u00a0Critique of the Monopoly of legitimate jouissance\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb, a brilliant enlightenment in the analysis of the term of patriarchy, which \u00ab\u00a0resonates a criticism of abuse\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Pierre-Marie Pochou is enchanting us with a novel interpretation of a short text know by all, if not by a large majority\u00a0: the embarrassing Christian Our Father<\/em>. You\u2019ll be surprised\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Marcela Ana Negro is proposing to us an incisive text which questions what is the authority of parents in this time of the object\u2019s dictatorship.<\/p>\n

Finally, Sebastien Dauguet is offering us a dive into the work of Toni Morrison, Nobel prize in Literature Laureate, whose work goes through and further the denunciation of the \u00ab\u00a0narrative outline internalized by the black children, that of the master, white, which is above all that of a man\u00a0\u00bb. A powerful text to discover.<\/p>\n
